OHP Premium Payment and Fulfillment Policy

Your premium payment is due on the 20th of each month of your Oregon Health Plan (OHP) eligibility.

You may pay any amount towards your premium balance.

You may pay more or less than the premium balance due.

Your payment will be processed when you submit your credit/debit card or e-check information for payment on this site

No processing fees will be charged for this service.

Please allow 24 hours to update your premium account.

OHP Premium Return/Refund Policy

Once a premium payment is processed through this service it is considered final.

Payments will only be refunded through the OHP Premium Billing Office.

Refunds are based on Oregon Health Authority (OHA) and OHP rules and policy and/or at the direction of OHA staff.
